I like writing poems.

There was a time when I would compose a poem. That was when I was still courting my wife. I used to sit in a quiet place and think of something that I want to say to her and write it in a form of a poem.

I have written poetry and have had some published. It's not possible to make much money from poems but if you like to write you can make money on the internet by writing about things that inspire you and your personal thoughts.

MyLot is of course the best place to get paid for posting your thoughts, but there are other sites where you can submit your writing and get paid for the number of times your pieces are read. Sites like Helium and Triond do this by sharing their advertising revenue.

You could start a blog and post your poetry and other pieces of writing on it. Then you could earn money by placing adverts or banners on your blog.
