How do you motavate your referrals???

If you're talking about your referrals here on myLot, the best way is to be active yourself and show them how it's done.

Once you make payout, show them the money. Most people will pay attention then.

hi there i just keep on promting until i get an active referral i have 9 referrals but 1 is active the others aren't i don't know why they sign up if they aren't going to be active but the referral who referred me he has only 200 he posted but me i have much more he is making money of me so he must be happy but i care to be friends with people too take care

I think it's showing support and your own continued interest in whatever program you are promoting. This I have learned recently.
Like with Mylot, as soon as you see you have a new referral, add them to your friends and when they accept you, send them a welcome message. Then be sure to visit them and respond to their discussions and the ones they respond to so they see you active AND you will help them keep their conversations going. I wished I had realized this a year ago. I did add my referrals as friends, but many never even made one post!
I don't know what it is about people that think when they sign up for something, money is gonna fall out the sky! Hehe. Of course I signed up with Yuwie and haven't done a thing with it because I had so many other projects going on. So maybe that's the case for some other people, too.
Long story short... Communication and encouragement. Look at our day jobs. Mine is in outside sales. If my boss does not communicate with me letting me know how to get more done and letting me know more about what I'm doing and encouraging me by showing me how, I'd find something else.

I'm not sure if you mean your referrals here at My Lot or in other programs. But anayway the main thing is to keep contact with them and help them out. If people strugle they will be gone in no time.

Show them the money! If I see one doing really well, I give them 50 cents. Might not seem like much but thats 50 emails they dont have to click that day!

Motivation of referrals depends on the site. There are some sites that let you posst your referrals. There are referrals that are friends with you. Those can be reached. The others: you just have to hope!
I have some active referrals because I have traded sites here with other mylotters. They are active in the site they join under me and I do the same with them. That is wonderful as you can duplicate your earnings with just one referral. And the other good thing is that they are free.
