which is the best form of martial arts  | |  which is the best form of martial arts? there are so many now. karate,judo,jujitso,kung foo, un-armed combat i think they learn in the army but not sure. i cant do any myself and just learned basic self defence, but just wondered what you thought was the best one to learn?
