Which is more useful, power or skill?  | |  As we all know, Spain won the 2008 EURO Cup. After 44 years, Spanish win the Champion again. It is too long time to wait, but to them, it is a new beginning of history. Poor Ballack, it is ironical that many newpaper reported he won the "Grand Slam" of Second Place, World Cup, Euro Cup, and UEFA Champion. LOL...
From recent years, skill always can beat powder in soccer match. Italy beated German in 2006 World Cup and Spain beated Geramn in this Euro Cup. It seems that skill is more useful than power. Be honest, I agree this idea. Skill soccer is more ornamental, but Power soccer is toneless. What do you think of it?

Someone can hae al of the power in the world, but if they are not skilled in what they are doing, they will do nothing but make large mistakes. Get to know what you're doing irst, and do it well, and then worry aout power.

Darkwing (5804) | 4 months ago |  I do think that skill will always triumph over power, but when talking about the Spain v Germany Euro Final, Spain won the game not exactly by skill alone, but by the way they put together their one-touch passes, and kept the ball on the ground, taking the game to Germany. The German team find their skill in slow build ups, and long, overhead, foreward kicks, but the Spaniards didn't allow that tonight. They stroked the ball from one to the other, on the ground, and made Germany play at a much faster speed than they're accustomed to. I guess you could call this skill because Germany were well outplayed, but I would call it good foreward planning. Spain were excellent tonight and thoroughly deserved the trophy.
