How can you avoid insecurities??  | |  at this point of my life...it's really tough for me to face insecurities.. i really have a hard time getting out of it...i know i shouldn't be insecure of others but there a re several reasons why i feel so insecure...i really want to get out of this insecure world of mine...how can i??

Now that I have matured a little bit I have overcome this but not all. Well, some of the things that give me an ego boost is to always look my best and think that I look good. I will put on my best attire and hold my head high. I don't expect to attract attention but if you hold your head high you command a self-respect.
Another thing is love yourself. If you do you will unconsciously do things that will make you feel good of yourself.
