First, start at HUD.gov and find your state. From there, the information will help you get in touch with the appropriate person/people. It depends on whether you are looking for a house or an apartment.

So I guess the next thing I have to do is go to the housing athourity in my county, and ask what time of year I can apply. I emailed them and they werent helpfull at all. All they told me was they had no room on the list. | |
