Tell me how i can feel happy?  | |  I feel unhappy all the time?Why?
When i have a lot of things to do,i will feel stressful,and try my best to do every thing better.Always i can act well,some one may admire,but the happiness is just for several secends,and i wonder i can do what the next...
Sometimes,when i have done all the work,i should have time for playing games and chatting with my friends on line,but i also feel not so happy,i don't know why?There's always something unknown makes me unpeaceful.

| | | | | | | | 1.  heartonfire (1955)  | 4 months ago |  is it a moment or general thing? i sometimes find myself feeling lonely in a crow too.. and not even my friends can make me feel better, but that usually happens when you don't have a great love life... when you don't get along with your partner or if u don't have one, so that leads to frustrations and anythingelse seems usefull..
it could also be a very soliciting job.. maybe in your case that could be it.
sites like this can make u feel a bit happier,when u find people that feel like u..or when u find interesting stories and forget about urs for some time.
i think music is the best therapy for any state of mood... just close your eyes and listen to some music that goes along with your mood, or turn the volume up and play some happy music and dance..
i personally feel good while listening to music,or going out for a walk..or for a soda..
i also don't know your gender but i think buying new things makes us all feel a bit happier, so when u feel sad or bad,go and buy something for yourself;it doesn't have to be expensive,just something u see and like. i personally feel great when i have new clothes,or a new scent for perfuming the house,or a candle,or anything that u enjoy having.

| heartonfire (1955) | 4 months ago | well if there is deep love between you two, than you should have a stable, balanced life and that helps you find your peace and do things right... at least it works like that for me, if i know i have a person to rely on, meaning my boyfriend, and if i can trust him and all, its all i need.
Parents are important too,of course, but in this case it is them who must realise that if you are happy they should be happy too,and if they don't do it then it's not your fault and it also brings up some question marks on how much they care if they refuse to support you...
How old are you? i am sure in time they will realise that it's what you want and that your life is yours to live | |

You can travel to unwind or try to meet new friends so that you will not feel that everything seems to be so boring.:)
