what will you do if you knew that you have high blood pressure? is it advisable to them to have an early sleep?

3. hellcowboy (3991) | 7 months ago | I have high blood pressure,and it sucks because I have to take medication that I can not stand,which is worse because I can not swallow a pill because of my gag reflex,and I end up throwing it back up,but I have never heard about going to sleep early,on the contrary, me and my fiance stay up all night which I think helps because I am less stressed at night,and stress is what I think a major factor when it comes to high blood pressure.

I would narrate the incidence, we were watchinf Tv at 2200 hrs, when my both nostrils bled profously and I was rushed to nearby Nursing home, where they recorded my BP as 190 as hiher side, i tahnked lmighty, that it made burst and blood came out throgh nose, saved me from brain-hemarage and other complications. Sinvce then I am on medication, I normally retire by 10 PM under normal circumstances. So i think patient with BP should take rest natural way, as body needs. have a nice time.

6. rsa101 (4977) | 6 months ago | Well lately when I have fever and consulted a doctor. he took by BP and he said that my BP was slightly high since my diastolic was above the normal rage or 80. I was given a medication for a couple of weeks and then advised to return to him for checkup. I really didn't feel anything that my blood pressure was slowly rising up. I think the best way is really to have your BP checked by a doctor or nurse to be sure about it. Also Sleeping early does help but if your BP is already elevated it will not help but a medication would.
