How to tell someone your attracted to them

It depends how recent is recent and as you said you don't want to jeopardize your friendship. What you can do is take her out to a movie assuming that you never done this before. If she is interested then she will see that this is a date. If she decline then you will see that the friendship is exactly how she want it to be. Or you can send her a card and explain your feelings to her via this method and then she will let you know what she is thinking. Alot of persons who was in a steady relationship and this ended tends not to want to go in one so soon. So it is best to just continue to be the shoulder that she can lean on.

If this friendship should blossom then let it grow at this speed. Do rush anything but a broken heart is not an easy one and when you are hurt you tends to withdrawn. So just give her time to heal.

i've found that just being honest works out the best. hangout in a comfortable situation. and just tell them. it doesnt do any good to keep it inside, because even if you think you arent being awkward, you are. its hard when you care about someone and you're trying to hide it. chances are if you guys are good friends already, it wont ruin your friendship as long as you make it clear that you wont be upset if the feelings arent mutual.
