Hello everybody Ji,
I have mu basic concept, I will do my work sicerely and whole-heartedly without its results. Work is never 'load' for me, otherway, I am load for my work. I enjoy each bit of my work, which itself is my reward. 'Work is worship' as taught by father from the very first thing learnt. As far as workloads is concern, I was really happy and have learn a lot, but when it comes to financial side, it was so unsuccessful.
Well, I was lucky previously since I've been in a different country just for my good status for my work and gain some extra money from my trips. But when it comes to a daily salary, whew, don't ask me how much. It's really low, but as far as stability is concern, it is a great company. I was doing all the best I can since this is the primary source of my income, but still hoping for a higher income in the future to support my growing families.

Hello agihcam Ji, I admire your efforts, I know success is just one step ahed of you. If we get reverses today, they are indication of sure success of tommorow. So do not loose your patience. I have the patience anyway since I was enjoying much in here. But I would be much happy if I can find a more reliable company other than a stable one but could not support most of my financial needs. But I still love it until now, since it is my primary source and I thank you very much for having employed here.
