Did Lanka Underperform Purposely???????

well i think the same way. you know indian team is an inexperienced team and that also with few bowlers who are not in a very good form. so it is easy for them to win against them and when it is about pakistan then i should say that with the new captain they played a wonderful match which can be a big concern. plus it is better not to face the home team in the finals as it can be an undue advantage for pakistan then. all the support will be for pakistana and that way it is very difficult to win.

well, i m not sure whether they deliberately lost the match but one thign is for sure Indians played really well. but one thign strikes my mind again and again, y they dropped chaminda vaas and mendis? vaas is the spearhead of the fast bowling they dont have any other quality fast bowler. To rest such a guy and mendis, who is leading wicket taker so far, is really confusing.

And as far as to say whether India or Pakistan will be easy for Srilanka in the finals. Frankly speaking, i have to admit that cricket is very funny game and is by chance. so you can't really decide which team is better, beacause on their day any team can defeat you.

I personally feel, India is a better unit than Pakistan. India had a great batting line up and they can chase down any total:p

I think its a horrible thing to comment on the professionalism of a National. How can one say that just because that particular result had meant their team(Pakistan) is out of the tournament. They must blame Pakistan players for not getting into the finals. They had everything in their hands before the tournament. But to comment like this is a shame for themselves and cricket. SriLanka rested Vaas which is accepted as he is an getting older and they need him fresh for the finals and again it was not fair to expect them to beat India and help Pakistan. India were better yesterday, the bowlers did a good job to restrict them to 308 and we chased it down with ease. I codemn their comment.........It must be put down as "India won" instead of "Srilanka lost"..........
