 Me really depend. Moslty its sure i like hot pasta. but in summer time i like cold one, its more refreshing and good.

Although pasta is considered an Italian food, many countries use some form of grain paste in their meals, from German egg noodles to the bean-thread or cellophane pasta of the Orient. Where did pasta as we know it come from?
One story has it that Marco Polo introduced pasta to Venice, Italy, in 1295, upon return from a trip to China. Yet some insist that Italians were already familiar with pasta, and they point to a soldier's will, written 15 years earlier, that included a small basket of macaroni for his heirs. If this is true, then pasta was considered valuable at that time, which paints an interesting picture of what today is considered a humble food. Think about it--until the Industrial Revolution, only the wealthy could afford wheat because crops often failed.
