 This morning our phone rang, I picked it up immediately and then I found out the time was just 6:41am. It's a call from my mom's friend. I think her friend was very inconsiderate to call so early for nothing special. I know elders may wake up early most of the time, but anyway they can make a call a little later. It's very bothering to be woken up so early.

I have a sister that is two hours different from my time on the west coast. She doesn't even think about the time difference and she will phone at any time of the day or night. It drives me insane!!!!!
I love my sister, but sometimes she is not playing with a full deck. Forgive me for my words, Lord!

| 4. Wizzywig (1120) | 4 months ago |  Maybe thats just a little early for a social call. If our phone rings between say, midnight and 5am I immediately assume its going to be some sort of bad news. Often its either a wrong number or some idiot dialling random numbers because they think its funny.

Thinking it was something emergency I quickly came down to open the door still in my pajama. That stupid lady just want to use my toilet. I feel like kicking her in her butt.

I do agree with you that it is kinda inconsiderate for people to be calling up so very early and so very late at night too, when it is not of real importance. I do receive calls like that often but if it is my father who is calling, whether it is important or not, it will be alright and will just be happy to talk to him even if I am very sleepy.

| 7. wolfie34 (11357) | 4 months ago |  I think people know NOT to call me in the morning because I am liable to bite their heads off, everyone knows I am NOT a morning person so they leave me alone, unless it's an absolute, absolute emergency, in that I mean someone is DYING! Sorry to be harsh but I am NOT my best in the morning and my bark is worst than my bite, grrrrr. Woebetide any sales call that dare to ring before 10am. I think unless it's a dead emergency then no one should be woken up by the phone at that time of a morning my friend.

I am sure if you called her at 12 midnight to chit chat she would complain to you. On the weekends when many people are off from work I will not call anyone until after 12 noon, how do I know if they aren't sleeping late, I will not bother anyone with an early call.
