What should I do about my job

Now, I have been working as a sales manager in a auto manufactory for six years. I

have mastered my job and i have been admitted for my performances by my supervisor.

I have got a chance to promote, but not achieve finally. I am a good friend with my

supervisor and he gives me a great help. But I don't satisfy with my job and I want

to find a better job because i think there is no good career developement

environment in our company. I find it is difficult to find a better job if I

haven't mastered oral english, now language becomes my obstacles in searching job.

I promote my english level through reading novels,watching movies,listening

broadcasting,etc. I hope I can improve family life quality. I am sure I will got it

in the short future. I will try my best. I wish you can give me encourages and

blessing.
