 Well its finally here, the summer. When the kids are out of school and it's a less hectic time. Is anyone planning a cool vacation? Are you traveling far or will you stay close to home?

1.  photographygirl73 (1189) | 3 months ago |  My husband & I are leaving next week to visit his family in PA & then in the end of August we are going to Disneyworld for about a week. I am looking forward to going to Disneyworld since I have never been there before. My husband has, but I haven't.

| 2. lilybug (8040) | 3 months ago |  I do not have any plans for a cool vacation this summer. The farthest that I am going away from home is about a 1 and a half hour drive to visit family. I have done that once already and I will probably go up again in a few weeks.

| 3. maximax8 (4245) | 3 months ago |  My baby son and I have just returned home from a cool vacation. We flew to Riga, the capital city of Latvia. During our two week holiday we spent time there, in the countryside, by the beach, and in the neighboring countries capital cities. These were Vilnius in Lithuania and Tallinn in Estonia. The weather was sunny some of the time and a bit rainy. We had a wonderful time outside the busy tourist season. I really love to travel and have many countries on my wish list, some nearby like Egypt and others far away like the Philippines.

4.  cubshater2008 (233) | 3 months ago |  My family and I are going to Cedar Point, Ohio. We are going to go to the amusement park and water park that are there. I heard that the rides are huge and that the water park is fantastic. And then we are going to British Columbia, Canada. This is a long way from home, but we are going to go hiking and canoing. We are also going on an overnight camping trip while we are there. We are going to have a busy summer:).
