 Some people are basically cheerful, whether they are down and out, they still find time to laugh at life's imperfectness.
One good example is my mother-in-law! Oh yeah, she's jovial and laugh like a little girl in her late 70's. In fact her laughter is contagious! I do sometimes wonder if she's gone cuckoo or what! 
At her age, she definitely look younger, must be her cheerful attitude towards life! She said, she follows the 4 L's, that is Live, love and Laugh Lots! I do try to get my doze of laughter everyday, I often get that from my witty and comedic hubby! I supposed it runs in their family!

I always have a smile on my face and it wasn't unusual for me to be laughing as well. One of the CNA's looked at me and made the comment that it isn't right for a person to be happy all the time. She looked at me and laughed and told me that I made her sick. I just laughed and told her to blame my Mom for my personality.

The summertime is when I am most active and have much do do . That is cool about your mother in law!! I wish my mom and dad would try to smile and laugh more . Ugg!! lately all they do is complain .
