Do you usually eat breakfast?

A coffee and I might have a piece of toast, but thats me.

But one should have better than that, a bowl of oats and a fruit juice drink maybe yogurt would be more suitable.

Most of the family members get us beofre 6 a.m. and start doing our day chores, getting ready to school/college/office. By 8.30 a.m. all of us are ready and the lunch is only by 2 p.m. and therefore we cannot starve till then. Therefore it is tradition for nearly 4 decades that breakfast is a must and one cannot skip breakfast. So by 8.30 breakfast will be over and lunch will be light lunch and obviously dinner will be heavy.

I can't imagine skipping breakfast or any other meal. I get extremely bad headaches and I feel faint if I don't eat after a while. Also, I usually exercise in the morning and there would be no way I could make it to work without eating anything. I just wouldn't be able to function at work at all. Sometimes, I take my breakfast to the gym if I don't have time to eat it at home. Or, I bring something that I can eat in the car.

i usually have breakfast but not heavy. my usual breakfast is toast with butter or cereals and then a mug of coffee.

I also skip breakfast before especially when I have to attend school. But sometimes when I feel like I was hungry I'll just make a hot coffee before leaving. Now, every morning I always ask my Mother to have a breakfast.

I usually eat breakfast no matter what.
Even when I do not want to I do, even if it is just a cup of hot chocolate and a few cookies if I am not hungry enough for toast.
This morning I woke up at 5AM (yes on Sunday!) and wasn't hungry but still made breakfast and ate it. Breakfast is essential for me because it would totally ruin my appetite for lunch and my body won't have any fuel to burn when I start to do my work and would therefore end up feeling listless.
Breakfast is #1 for me. I can personally skip dinner and occasionally lunch but it leaves me with a big headache a few hours later if I do.

I hardly ever eat breakfast. I can't eat when I first get up in the morngings it makes me sick. I have to be up a few hours first.
We did have breakfast for lunch yesterday we had scrambeled eggs, hashbrowns, and toast it was really good.

I usually skip it, but I do eat around 11am. So I guess that's brunch..

Hello,gloriy! Being a retired person I am at home now.so I never eat any breakfast.in morning hours only two cups of black tea and a cup of coffee will suffice.at 1.30 PM i take my lunch daily.thanx.
