Even the bad ex. I think, just because we could not make it as b/f or g/f, does not mean that we could not work together, in my case my ex would be great in this type of job, and I know we would profit. I honestly don't see anything wrong with letting him apply. I mean, I'm not one to hold grudges and I've always maintained smooth friendships with my exes regardless of the reason we broke up. Besides, I've always kept in mind to separate love from work. It's worked so far. Besides, if he cheated and dumped me, it wasn't my loss but his... heheh.=)

I agree, that you owe him or her a thing, but, if the person is a great sales person, people person or can make money, then that alone would make me want to hire him or her, even if he or she was a total jerk. I guess, again it is a thing called forgiveness and not to hold grudges. That is hard. Especially when we are hurt from someone that we love and trust. I know, I have been there done that, but, I have to think of the company and I think that if the person is good, and can profit then as a employee and only an employee they should get the chance. my opinion ty for the post | |
