lunch baked chicken with garlic and pepper on it and a salad
then chicken adn rice casserole for dinner...
you name it, if it has chicken in it, chances are i will like it..and heck its good for ya if its cooked the right way.

Chicken is my favorite meat too, and I just always try to use chicken in the meals that I cook because it's the easiest meat to cook and the most delicious among all in my opinion.  I also like KFC, Nando's, Red Rooster and all those fast food chains that have chicken on their menu, but like you, I don't eat them too often because they are quite costly in my country even though they are really awesome. I do eat other meats too like beef, pork and fish, but I guess I will have to say that chicken is always on the top of my list!  The chicken dishes that I like most are fried chicken eg. KFC, curry or rendang chicken, Kung Po chicken (a Chinese-style dish), and BBQ chicken. Yummm!

Chicken is the easiest of all meats to cook. It goes with just about anything. It tastes great in a variety of dishes. If a recipe calls for beef, most times you can use chicken instead and it will be just fine. Great choice!
