I am happy to note your point like me. In my family, my father always insists to use saree by a married woman, barring Punjab, whre salwar suit is their dress, but salwar suit ha staken over whole country, and even it has crossed our International boundry, because it can be easily maintained. Saree is our traditional dress. But, some times, my elder brother's wife wears western dreses,asShe lived abroad for many years. have a great time.

I am so happy to find many of you following my culture. My ward-robe is full of sarees, and I use them occasionaly on festivals/gatheringts/social-evenings. In fact, there is nothing wrong to use salwar suits. It is becoming national/International dress, because of two major factors, firstly it is easy and comfortable in office as well as house-work and cheap and easy to maintain. have a great day.
