The most important skill for success in to have people on your side. One can get a lot of work done by superiority and hierarchy but one cannot be a leader of men unless one maintains excellent human relations.Its importance not only in professional life but personal life too.Knowledge and expertise does one no good if one cannot maintain proper human relations.

We all enjoy being with positive people and good relations can be nutured only if we all remain positive and cheerful despite any odds. But again success is rather subjective and debatable. What is success to one may not be success to another. A good leader, in my opinion, must have the knowledge and impartiality and charisma other than good human relations.
