Do you still rent from video stores?

No, I used to a long time ago. And most of these old movie videos are boring and dumb. But when I get my DVD player, I will start to rent from Blockbuster or so.

yes i do. i usually do that. even today i rent a movie (The Last Castle). i don't know how is that, because i haven't seen it yet. i like Hollywood movie.

Where I live there are still many Video stores well the same ones. Also everytime i go pass there someone is always inside buying a movie. Now there so many different ways to get movies like netflex if thats what it's called. Now they send movies through Mail. They Also Have this 1 dollar movie thing where i live where you rent any movie for 1 dollar. I usually prefer blockbuster because they came up with this reasonable deal. you pay like $15.00 a month for as many movies you wont you can only take about 4 at a time then when you return them you get 4 more but you get 2 from the store and 2 you order online that comes through mail. NEVER! What's the point? The Internet killed video stores and will eventually kill music stores. Plus, I'm from Colombia and here you can buy DVD copies for 1 or 2 dollars. Yes, it's amazing and nobody cares! Of course we have laws to prevent that but that's my country. So, if I can download or buy a copy for a dollar and keep it for life, why would I rent one for a couple of days for 4 or 5 dollars?

Not anymore, because there are lots of things to do now. After my day of work, I watch the news while having my dinner. Rest for a while and then take a shower. then it's my time to go mylot until 1 am.

No! Those days are gone and Video Library owners are grinding their teeth in anger here because nobody goes there anymore, people get all that need online, they burn Cds and they are just enjoying the emerging tech.

I rent mine from Netflix I had trouble with the video stores claiming movies were late when they werent because they wanted to collect a late fee. With Netflix there are no late fees and I dont' have to leave my house to rent the movie it comes right to my house.

I used to be a regular at Hollywood Video...but alas, they have gone by the wayside just as many of my favorite stores are. I tried Blockbuster but didn't like it. They never had enough new releases available and would close early so they could hit you with a fee...but how could they if they weren't around by 11:00 P.M.? Five days is five days which means they should stay until 11:59. They are in financial trouble too and will probably close the one store left in this area soon. I refuse to get movies by mail because even I have received a Netflix dvd in my box by accident, so I would have to pay for one that I may have never received. I returned the one I got to the correct address, but sadly, most people wouldn't do that.

No. The library has a lot of movies and I get to keep it for a week before I have to pay a late fee. My cable company has movies on demand so sometimes I use that service. It costs $4 or less and I don't have to worry about late fees.

I never thought about it. But the last time I rented a video was..........Hmmm I can't remember now.
