du u forget to switch off the computer?

nope... i think never.. well yes it did happen but that was when i left the house just to buy some things from the store downstairs and in the meantime i got a phone call and met someone in town and i forgot to get back and turn off the pc.. but it wasn't like i planned to leave for some hours and forget to push the button:P
not to mention it makes lots of noise so it draws my attention.
but the first thing i do when i plan to leave the pc is to close what i was doing and go to shut down... as there is no point in leaving it turned on while i dress or something.

No, I'm very conscious about saving electricity. So I keep in mind to switch off all electrical appliances when not in use. I usually HIBERNATE my PC so that it saves time when I use it agin later.

No and i don't think i've ever forgotten to turn it off..
i used to leave it on a lot though but thats because i wanted it on lol but I always turn my computer off at night before i go to bed and then i turn it back on first thing in the morning as i'm walking out of my room to go get breakfast.

I never really forget to turn off my computer. When I leave my computer on it's intentional. It's actually easier on the computer if you leave it on all the time because it allows it to run at a constant temperature rather than the rapid heating and cooling that occurs when you constantly trun it on and off. I've been turning mine off when I go to bed or to work because the dust level in my house is pretty high. That way it won't sit there idling and sucking up dust.

No always take the time to close it all down.

Never know what might happen if you are away PC have been known of doing stupid things when your away, Like catching fires...WOW..
