(take out the telephone, so you can relax) - Baking a cake. - A nice Bath. - Reading a book or listening to music. There are many ways. But they don't all work for everyone. At times, when I already feel a little stressed I go out and breathe in some fresh air. Or, I would go to the cafe and lounge around for a while. In the evening when I get home, I do some aromatherapy. Lavender and/or chamomile scent is calming. During weekends, my boyfriend and I would go to the beach. At least once a month, we go for a massage.

You are right,we often fall in to the trap of stress for different reasons.so it is important to know some basic things to come out of the trap.When in stress,vent your feelings and emotions to people close to you.verbelise your problems.the more you bottle up,the more you will find it difficult to find hope.avoid polarising your thoughts.go for walks with your wife or friends who can share your thoughts and feelings.walking in the park,sea beach or in the river side will sooth the mind.try coming closure to nature,feel the sands on the beach,the texture of petals.... appreciate God's creations.come home,take a deep breathand visualise all that you just saw and felt.try to meditate for some time during morning and evening hours preferably after return from walking.have good diet.during stress we usually loss our appetite,but don't skip your meals.drink planty of fluids.during stress certain hormones work overtime .to balance that,we must eat proper diet.honey is the right cure for stress.so diet sweetened with honey may be beneficial to come out of stress successfully.thanx.
