What's the longest amount of time you have been away from a significant other?

I met my fiancee at work so I saw him every day we both worked before became a couple. Then after we started dating I saw him every day without fail. I no longer work at the same job but we still see each other every single day. So the longest I've been away from him is the time he's at work. Crazy, huh?

Hi sugarplum, The longest time I was away from my wife was four and a half months. That was when I was about thirty years old. Blessings.

Luckily for me since my fiance moved in with me here at my parents house we always get to be together,and the only time we have been apart was one day,when my fiance had not technically moved in,and was just staying here,so my mom made me take her home for the night,so I did not get to see her for twenty four hours,but then the day after that I brought her back here,and like a week later she officially moved in,so I was very happy.

Last year, my boyfriend went to Israel for 6 months and I didn't see him until he returned in February. Then, since May, we have been in different states here in the US as well. So pretty much for the 15 months we've been dating, we have been LDR for about 8-9 months. Luckily, I don't find it that hard anymore, because him being in Israel was the absolute hardest (I wasn't able to visit at all). So yeah. Good luck to you!
