do you think that it can cause damage inside if you have multiple ones?

My understanding is that an abortion can cause scaring. To me it would only make sense that after so many serious damage can be done.

it depends on how late they are. If the pregnancy is early enough that pill form can be used then the doses of medication in that amount to roughly one years use of the pill so that's not going to cause a problem. the further on the pregnancy when the abortion is performed, the more chance there is of causing issues. In general the idea that an abortion will leave you sterile dates from the days of back street botch-ups.

If a lady has an abortion and in the years if she doesn't regret this she might have a second abortion if she has another unwanted pregnancy. I think it would be unusual if a lady has three or more abortions in her lifetime. I imagine that it would affect a lady's body in a bad way. That is because I know that C-section gets more risky each time it is done. Generally a lady can have two or three C-sections but a 4th would be dangerous. Her body might be weakened every time that she has another C-section.

It is delicate work becoming pregnant for a woman's body. I think that if a lady has a natural miscarriage that is normal but very sad indeed. But if a lady has her baby aborted her body has a strange thing done to it. It was putting all that effort into growing a baby then the baby was just got rid of. Maybe one abortion is confusing for the lady's body. But if the lady has multiple abortions her body might get damaged more each time.

I was reading a travel book and it said that abortions were available in some of the countries for as little of 5 dollars but it might be done in dirty conditions and that would possibly lead to an infection. Some ladies having an abortion is less than sterile conditions might die after multiple abortions. In my home country abortion is legal up to 24 weeks and it can be done in clean conditions. Many of the ladies that are depressed regret having an abortion in their lifetime so just one abortion could lead to unhappiness and regret. Multiple abortions might lead to an early menopause, damage inside or infection.

Yes, it's true this can happen. When I was a teenager I had a friend who kept getting pregnant and having abortions. I have no idea why she couldn't have used some type of birth control. She had the scraping type of abortion where they go in and use a sharp instrument to scrape out the fetus. She also had the chemical type of abortion that flushes out a fetus. And she had the kind of abortion where they suck it out with some kind of hose. I think she had about six or more abortions between the ages of 16 and 21 and really screwed up her uterus.

I think it does damage you a little every time you have one but I know women who've had abortions and gone on to have more kids. The worst thing that can happen is if the woman gets and infection after the abortion as this leaves your insides so scarred you won't be able to have any more kids.
Apparently Marilyn Monroe was sterile as a result of having so many abortions (she told a friend once she'd had 90!)and had a weird medical condition which caused the lining of her womb to grow around other organs instead of inside her womb, I forget what it's called but it's a very painful condition to have apparently.
