What is the difference between smart work and hard work..This question was asked by my interviewer..I replied that Hardwork is something in which you put your maximum efforts to achieve something and smart work is something in which you put your minimal efforts to achieve the same target.. What you think??

3. 1337speak (150) | 6 months ago | If I were to answer that question, I'd say that smart work is a subset of hard work because one can work hard but not work smart, but one cannot work smart unless one works hard. The essential difference between both of them is that smart work accounts for efficiency and efficacy, hard work doesn't necessary account for both so long as "work" is being done.

A broom or a vacuum? The choice is yours!
