 Talk about inustice in the world, I have to say right now that I am not surprised at ths but I don't think its right,
I can almost understand why the police are trying to hold him responsible, but I htink its wrong if the dent is goign to be 'fixed twice', Being he left the keys in the ignition, and the door unlocked because he had ot make a phone call....the car was stollen and while the police found it quickly in the car stopping the police car got damaged, five months later they presented him with a 1000 pound bill, and he is furious because if his insurance goes up he might not be able to afford to drive talk about a catch 22

the person who did the damage to the car (the thief) should pay for it, do you agree or do you think the police should go after the owenr of the car?
