what will you do if you feel angry about someone or something?

I just ask forgiveness to God, and ask to give me calmness and peace in my heart

I must say I had anger issues for A LONG time I am really proud of my improvement lately. I prefer to just walk away and cool off first or if I am on the phone I will say I do not wish to talk about it and hang up politely. Usually, I will get back to that person as soon as I have cooled off and it is within minutes not hours.

Physical stress relief is great! You're probably thinking I'm some hulk who beats things up in his spare time for suggesting this, but I work out, punch my punching bag, run, bike a few miles, ect. Biking is my favorite because while relieving stress it's spending time out in the sun, with the wind rushing over your shoulders. Great:P

u r doing the right thing as its what i do, i believe that instead of Reacting or Over reacting, just ignore them and give them cold shoulder and i am sure sooner or later they will feel ashamed on their behavior as what were they doing

so just relax, stay calm and ignore himmm

Hi summerrain, i did facing problem in my work place now. Last time i used to complaint in front of my immediate superior or my bf. But now i have changed my mind. In my opinion, it is not worth for me to feel angry on them coz this is really giving a serious impact in my daily life. Well, i work for the paid only. Everyday work from 9am to 6pm, work finish then just go back. That's simple.

i cry alone whenever i am angry to someone or something...i refuse to amke any decision verbally or in actions when i am angry coz i migth say or do something stupid that i might regret in the end. I try to keep myself calm down, when i am that's the time i think on what to do but as mush as possible i try to control my anger to avoid making stupid actions or decisions.

i cry alone... and let the anger pass. to avoid making stupid or wrong decisions/ actions. If i am calm already that's the time i make decisions. i try to keep the anger to myself, and then talk to god to help me make it go away and make me forget about it.

I feel angry about my colleagues.She sits beside me.She is a kind of selfish woman.She is rude when she says something.But sometimes she helps others.We talk about her and admit that she doesn't harm the ones who doesn't harm her.If someone does bad to her,she would be very violencly and not give in.So I don't care for her and have the usual relation with her.

when i am unhappy,i choose to do sports,watch funny movie or have a sleep,go for a walk in the street alone,talk to my friend,do other things .In a word,forget it.
