how I find these sometime I wonder myself but a woman who was summoned for jury duty had some choice insults for the judge and when he asked her to clarify what she said she repeated it, she felt she was being treated unfairly because she was being required to stay and her medical excuse was not sufficient to get her out of Jury Duty.
So now she has more financial problems than just gas, she's got court costs and cost for a public defender and 3 days in jail because she had the never to call a judge the word that
> him a two-syllable curse word—a crude term referring to the anus —<
Ok so she was having a bad day and maybe judge was having a bad day or was not in the mood to be called names, but the lady feels she has the 'right' by freedom of speech to call teh judge names.
Ok, did the lady have the right to call the judge an name, or did the judge have right to throw her in jail after being insulted?

The Lady does have the right to "name" the judge, but not in his court and not while the trial is happening. The Judge has the right to hold her in contempt because of her behavior.The sad part is that there are some like her and I can see this happening all over again.

Life isn't fair all the time- you deal with it. I don't think she had the right to call him names. It wasn't nice for starters.... just plain dumb. Well I hope she learns her lesson! but it's doubtful!
