How rude!

Well upon first noticing I would say man I must have a good looking husband. If they kept on I would say something to my husband. Then if they just kept on I guess I am ugly I would have asked if they had a problem or would like to take a picture or stare right back. I do find it rude and very very disrespectful to you.

Is not just rude but completely out of any decency. I do not have your patience I would say Can I help you in something? You are too nice. Some woman cannot find a man that is the problem. They are jealous and stupid! Very low self steem and very sad women, no men in earth want them. So, of course I share with you the same feelings. Question: What did your husband do?

This really was rude. Be flattered, though, about your good taste. After all, he wasn't doing the looking! Even if he had been, he's definitely with you and his kids, where he ought to be.

That was very rude and tactless. Even after I am sure they realized that you knew they were looking at your husband, they should have had the decency to stop the staring. Your mother really did raise you right, because you handled it very maturely, without making a scene.

not really rude i guess.. but you must be proud of your man..hes hoteven if taken..kidding ...well i guess women now really dont care on the status of the male they want..and as wife we must always be cautious and observant to our partner who knows? but i guess your man is a good guy..

Are you sure they were staring at your family because of your husband, or could there have been something else they were reacting to? Were you visibly upset when they looked at him? I've had people do things to specifically aggravate me when I happened to be looking their way for a second and they thought I was staring at them or watching them. Maybe these women saw you keeping an eye on them and were just being jerks. Either that or you've got an extremely handsome husband and those women were very low class. I notice good looking men and I will look at them a little, even if they're married, but I try not to stare even if it he's really hot.

Although I'm a guy I honestly find it rude too. Because it makes me feel uneasy when a girl keeps on staring at me. I don't know what that girl is thinking of and it makes me feel really uncomfortable. Also I think that staring at people without telling the reason is really very rude.

I agree, it is rude. However, guys do it all the time (there's even a commercial on American TV for T-mobile that shows the same thing).

In a warped way, you should almost be proud that he's yours and somebody else is admiring him.

Not only is it rude, but it shows a complete lack of respect. Having people stare while you're trying to enjoy dinner is one of the most off putting things I've ever encountered, and I definitely would have asked them what they thought they were staring at. After staring right back at them for a while of course.

One thing I have noticed is that if you catch someone staring at your partner, stare right back at them. once they notice that they've been caught staring, they quickly look away, and blush, then keep their eyes averted for the rest of the meal LOL! A dose of the same behaviour they're employing usually does the trick.
