Hunger pains without being hungry?  | |  Have you ever had your stomache growling, but you dont want to eat? Like your body is telling u ur hungry, but you mind is saying ur not? It is the weirdest thing ever, but I feel that way a lot. Is this normal at all? Do any of you experience this?

you have ate and of course you do not want to eat, as you are full of food yet. Your body is not telling you you are hungry its telling you I am digesting the food you just ate. its not hunger pangs at all.
