Do Celebritys deserve so much money?

Do you know why they get so much money to make movies? Because they can, that why! There is a market for this person or that one and if the studios are willing to pay why should they not accept! I know I would! I have no problem with celebreties and other rich people getting so much. Let them have all the money they can negotiate for because the rest of us are doing the same thing only on a smaller level. They spend cash on trips to Mexican resort and we spend ours on camping. They spend cash on lavish parties, we take our kids out for pizza. Same thing, only they have more zeroes and commas in their checks.

It is market driven, my friend. If enough people will see their movie, the movie will take in millions and they want their share, because it is their face up there. I don't think you could pay me enough to put up with photographers following my every move and digging through my garbage!
Sports celebrities often have very short careers. They want to get it while they can.
Besides, many stars these days are more socially conscious and do a lot to promote and support worthy causes and charities. And when they spend their money they are giving jobs to others. If we don't want rich celebrities, we will have to stop going to movies, or buying magazines, or going to sporting events, etc.

Celebs work hard to earn money so that's why they do deserve so much money.

Celebrities did work hard for the money they have right now.
