Is Sobhraj using nihita to escape from the clutches of law?

Yes Shobhraj is clearly using nihita to get himself rid from the clutches of law and to gain sympathy of people from Nepal..but somewhere i also feel that Nihita has also some objective behind it..i dont know whats the main motive behind this drame love story..
