What is your favourite vegetable?

I like brocoli as well and I really like zucinni

I would say that brocolli and caufiflower with cheese are my favorites. And yes brocolli soup is awesome. Add some cheese yum yum yum.

My favourite vegetable is long beans!
They grow in my garden and are very tasty and easy to cook. They can be picked easily because they grow at a height of less than 3 feet, can be chopped in a jiffy and stir fried and steamed with a little masala (a different one each time makes a different vegetable!) and voila! you have a very tasty dish that can be had with chapatti (Indian flat bread) or rice.
These beans are called 'vaali'. They contain a lot of proteins and vitamins and are quite easy to digest.

i'm a big fan of steamed zuccini, thats deliccccious! i'm also a big tomato-person, despite the stupid salmonella scare

i like squashes too, but those are pretty seasonal - we can only grow them in the late summer, but we buy them into the winter and gosh are they good!=D

I like most kinds of vegetables. And I like to cook them together in a pot and never chopped them, no ingrediants either. Because it can reserve the vitamins and will not destroy it's nutritions. Just use some water and very little salt. It is really good food!

I like to have peas with potato.

As for me, I like almost all kinds of vegetables because they are not only delicious but also nutritious.
