The real Arabs

The point is that the rest of the Arab and Muslim world has not said or done anything to prevent or condem this action. The two soldiers were alive when they were taken and according to the Geneva Convention they should have been treated as POW and not murdered. The world is demanding that we follow the Geneva Convention and treat the Unlawful Enemy Combatants as POW's. A status they are not entitled to under the Geneva Convention. Where is the world out cry over this. It seems that only Jewish or Christians are expected to follow the rules.

Doesn't it bother you that Israel has criminals for years and they are returned alive and healthy, while the Arabs have POW's for a couple of years and they are returned murdered. The world is silent and the Arabs are celebrating. What kind of people are they?

Very few people in power fully realize the gravity of the situation. Senator Lieberman is one and the Democrat Party has tole in in so many words to shut up or else. They tried to ruin him when he ran for reelection. The other on was Sect of Defence Donald Rumsfeld and the Democrats kept hounding him until he could no longer do his job and had to be replaced. Senator Obama has not a clue who these people are. He wants to sit down and negotiate with them. How do you negotiate with someone who position is we want you all dead. Speaker Pelosi goes to Syria puts on a head scarf to cover herself and they see it as a sign that she is bowing to them.

We do see some Arabs and Muslims standing up to the radicals in Iraq, but only after we have shown that we will stand up to them and support those who are our friends. If we want respect in the world we need to support our friends and not worry what our enemies think. Being Politically Correct (PC) reminds me of the fable of the man, the boy and the Donkey. It seems that this older man was going to market and took his grandson with him. Soon the little boy got tired so he put him on the Donkey,and a group of people saw him walking and the boy riding and they scolded the boy for making his grandfather walk. The boy got off and let the grandfather ride. They soon passed another group of people and they scolded the grandfather for making the little boy walk when the Donkey could carry them both. The boy got back on the Donkey and they rode on. Soon they passed a group on a bridge and the people started yelling at the grandfather and little boy for making the Donkey work so hard. The Donkey became scared and jumped over the bridge and all three were killed. The moral is that when you try to please everyon you end up losing everything.

This is why the World has to understand that you can not deal with these people. In the US we have people who say lets talk to them. Lets negotiate with them, find out what the problem is and work to solve it. The problem is the radicals want us dead. How do you negotiate with someone like that? As you point out we think that killing a 4 years old girl is a horrible crime yet, as you point out, when he returned home he is seen as a hero by his country men. This is what President Bush said in his "Axis of Evil" Speech either you are for us or against us. This is the attitude the world has to take to deal with these Criminals thugs and the people who support them.
