The book is almost always better than the movie. 2.i hate to say this because i know they have friends that would miss them to but i would probably save my friend. 3.No because if you are deaf eventually you will be unable to speak fluently anyway because you would be unable to hear the sounds that you make. 4.YES, absolutely. 5.I probably would because i would know that they were misinformed(if laying were a habit they wouldn't be my friend for long). 6.A quiet meeting would win every time! 7.YES, YES, and YES... I can not stress that answer enough.8.Yes, because i have chronic depression and have since i was a child. 9. I am not smarter than average and am happy with that fact. 10.Yes, I do believe that eventually the world will get it right, maybe not in this generation or even the next but... eventually. So what does this tell you about me. And yes i did answer very honestly.

1: In most cases, is the novel better than the movie based on it? IN My Mind Books are Better
2: Given a choice, would you choose to save the life of a personal friend, or ten total strangers? Can't i do both?

1. i love watching movies but i would say that in novel you can make your imagination work and it is more detailed.,so you can cover all the things in the novel.,

Good discussion! Here are my answers. I haven't read any other responses yet as I didn't want to be influenced ...

1. I prefer the book because you use your own imagination more.
2. I'd save the friend in most cases. If it were ten children and an elderly friend, I might think differently. Circumstances always dictate actions.
3. Yes, I'd prefer to hear than to talk. My husband would prefer me to lose my speech too.
4. I do believe everything happens for a reason, but I'm not sure that I'm right.
5. I'd definitely prefer a quiet meeting with friends.
6. This would depend on the assertion. If it was something that really didn't matter to anyone, then I wouldn't care, but if it was misleading and could cause problems I would comment.
7. I honestly don't know, because I believe there are at least two sides to every story.
8. I am constantly altering myself mentally and physically. I think it's called life.
9. Yes, I think I'm smarter than average in some respects. On the other hand, I do some incredibly stupid things too.
