what do i do?  | |  ok if you have read my earlier discussion you know that i was in the hospital yesterday and they told me not to do anything and not to be outside or anything like that, but i am a guy so i really like being outside and exercising and all of that stuff and i haven't been able to do that yet today because it has been so hot outside and they have said that it is dangerous to be outside...so i was just wondering if anyone knew anything that i might be able to do...has anything like this ever happened to you...thanks for reading my discussions!
