Who is more attached to parents - Girls or Boys??

well, i think that would depend on how the children grew up in the family.. If the children were taken cared of mostly by mothers, then children are more attached to mothers.. However, between a boy and a girl, it still depend for me on how they were treated when they were still young.. For example, if the girl was taught mostly by the father then the girl would likely be attached to her father and likewise with the boys.. Most boys are not showy about their feelings, however, they cared for their parents too in their own special way..

It depends on how family was brought up.Like when the family values relationship they will always find time to be together so they will develop closeness to parents.Also when you have same gender you tend to understand each other. I am close to my mother. My younger brother is also close to my mother probably because he still lives in her house.

it really depends on the personality of the child and of course the upbringing. but what is common is that daughters are more attached to their fathers while the sons are more attached to their mothers. it is a phenomenon.

but really, it depends. each parent is unique and their parenting ways differ. in my family. here is the case. i am a girl, eldest in the family, and very independent. i have a younger brother, learning to become independent. hehe

yes its really depends on the childs personality and to whom he more grew up with.
like me, even if im a boy im not shy to say that im hooked with my mother. I think i just cant live without her. Maybe you want to know why, well its because im raised by her (only she raised me). hope you got the idea.

i would like to believe that the girls are more attached to the parents.reasonis that girls are born to be more caring.girls will eventually be mothers,and their caring nature is never set only for the kids.if a woman is caring,she will be caring,as long as the persons cared for are important to her.for the boys,boys are meant to be in the outside world,working to earn a living.this is why men are more outgoing.this is my belief therefore,that women are more attached to parents.tho i must say that there are guys who are so attached to the parents.nothing is wrong with that.

I think its mostly girls. i am not telling this as i am a girl. it is the general trends. i think in this case girls have more emotion attacj=hed with parents. they mostlyu try to take care of parents a smucha spossible. still there are exceptions.

In my experience, girls are more attached to parents. I have 2 sisters and they're definitely more attached to my parents than I am! Maybe it's something to do with age too as I am 19 and they are 6 and 15, but I never remember being really attached to my parents. Maybe as you get older you grow apart from your parents?

i second the opinion that girls are more attached to their parents. there is a saying that "a son is a son till he gets his wife, a daughter is a daughter throughout her life"

being attached to parents depend on how the parent nourish the little minds of their children. if you train them to be dependent to you, so as to little things with be mama's still obligation, then that's the point that a child would always be attach to a parent, neglecting the gender.. children at the same gender seems to be very loving when taken cared with love and not with much of warning or slap on the butt..many cases today about maltreatment to the child of their own parents, or being brutal, violent, not so good example, that incidents would make a traumatic experience to a child..

I certainly feel that girls are more attached to parents than boys, once the boy gets married and settles he his not very much bothered about parents but girls are same always they are there for parents when ever they need them.
