 I am applying for a tourist visa to get to the US.. my Interview is on Monday, the 21st at 2pm..
Please, I ask that you pray for me... this is something I need and want real bad... I'm hoping that there are some Mylotters who do understand....

5.  maximax8 (4830) | 3 months ago |  Good luck getting your tourist visa for the USA. I know that you must be quite nervous about it. I have found getting some visas stressful like my working holiday visa for Australia. I didn't bother getting a tourist visa for Russia because the process of doing so would be so expensive and bothersome.
My home country is on the list of the visa waiver program for tourist visits to the USA. However every time I have been there immigration have asked if I was going to work there. I told them no but they kept asking for ages. Remember the USA does not like illegal foreign workers so they can be suspicious about tourists motives for going there. They like tourists to say they will not work there, have a return or onward ticket and plans for what they will do after they have been to the States. I suggest telling the interview about accommodation that you want to stray at and sights that you want to see. I wish you the very best of luck.
