Hi folks!is there any easier method where you can lose that 20kg in a month other than doing exercise or going to gym.I tried dieting but it is no way helping me.

It takes dedication and a certain mindset that you must get into, once you get rid of the wanting to do it with no effort, you will finally lose weight. 20kg in a month would not be healthy anyway, it takes more time than that, and of course, like I said more effort! Good luck.

I started doing the excerise watching what I ate and drink and I lost some but I got tired of counting every little calorie. I have the help of a diet pill not to lose the weight but help cut my hunger. if you want to know message me and I will tell you what I am using.

| 3. annette12 (33) | 3 months ago | Hi, I do not have any weight problems but I do now something that will help you if you try it. my mother was over weight, she was 251 pounds and now she is 141 pounds and she lost all of this weight in 2 mon. everything that I use is all natural down to the shampoo and tooth paste but anything that is all natural is good for you. I use a lot of herbs, any way I had went to my local herb store and while I was there I picked up a paper with diffrent home rem. on it and came home and found it on the computer and there was a list of way showing you how to lose weight with natural spices and herbs, I picked 1 out for my mother and this is how she lost all of her weight. 30 mins. befor each meal and befor you go to bed (heat 1 cup of water) (when water starts to boil Mix 1 tea spoon of pure raw unheated honey and 1 tea spoon of cinnamon ) drink it befor every meal and it kills all the fat calories that you take in that way the you do not gain any weight. if you want to you can type in natural home rem. for cinnamon and pure honey and it will pull up a wed page for you to look at. I hope this will work for you.it is nasty but it works and honey and cinnamon cures a lot of things and is safe and healthy for you to take everyday. good luck"
