Do your noodles get sticky after boiling? | | Whenever, I try to prepare fried noodles, my noodles get sticky and are not as we get in the hotels. Do you know why do they get sticky? Does this happen with you too? Its only noodles that I have problems with. I wonder why, I have tried half boiling the noodles to avoid the stickiness. I have also put oil in water while boiling the noodles, yet this happens when I boil the noodles. Can someone tell me the real reason behind it. How can I get noodles that are just like the ones we get in hotels. The soups and all turn out fine, but just because of this stickiness in the noodles, I just avoid making them. Someone, please help me get rid of this problem.

Try putting salt in your water, it's kind of a natural way for foods to not stick, or atleast I think. Other than that, I have no idea. I'm not the biggest fan on noodles, just because they make me feel really full and miserable:(
