loose eating appetite

It may happen, when you are indisposed or feeling bad due to one reasons or another. Our appetite is also related to our mood, if it is bad, we do not feel like eating. I agree with you routine dishes also make us feel bore.
You may either skip a meal for one entire day i.e. go for fasting or may try to go for some special meal in a resturant of your choice.

Yes. I have had that happen to me alot. I get so hungry though. I have to eat something even though I have no appetite for it. My daughter has been sick and she has lost her appetite also. She is scheduled for surgery sometime this week to make her feel well again. She has a heck of an appetite when she feels good.

That is also common to me especially when I am eating in between...Makes me lose my appetite for the next meal..Another thing that will affect also my appetite is a deadline from work, or any appointments ahead!

SO, when I was working, I always eat in between since I do not know what are the flow of my days like emergency meeting or consultation etc..
When I have those like 1 am, I will be postponing my eating schedule especially if the time is very close!

some days ya know ya have to eat but nothing sounds or looks good. but the last few days I have woke up hungry but I wait for awhile for I want to drink my coffee

I have days when I do not feel like eating anything. Nothing sounds good to me some days or I am just not hungry at all. It usually happens to me when I am getting sick.

I get like this on a regular basis, and I used to get quite worried about it thinking all sorts and that something really bad was wrong with me. Now I know that it is just my body needing a break from food and so I just follow what it tells me and eat when it needs something.
