spelling

I was wondering how many people get upset if others would to let them know that a certain words was wrong. My daughgter was the one who got me using the dictionary, whenever I asked her how to spell a word, she turn around a say use the dictionry, but if I knew how to spell it I wouldnt be needing it. and you're right, one has to know how to tell someone, that there word was spelled wrong.

there's no point in getting upset if someone corrects you your mistakes
but spell mistakes in mylott doesn't matter cause many like me have a habbit of typing short forms of the words and phrases
look right now i typed about a thousands of short forms and then i re-editted all of them
hehehehe

I use an online dictionary as well, if I don't know how to pronounce it with this one I can hear how the word is pronounce. thank you for response.

I would not do that, simply because I don't know how the person would react. I was curious how people would react if someone told them that a certain word was spelled wrong. I keep forgetting that MY LOT has people from all around the world. thank you for responding, have a great day.

I just wanted to know how people felt. If I don't know how to spell a word I like to look it up, this way, when I use next time I know how to spell it. I can't use forefox 3 here. When I used Word, it will let me know. it seem that the simply words are the hardest to spell. anyway, thank for posting to my dicussion and have a great day.

thank you for your response, whenever I use word and I mispell a word it does show it, but here it doesn't. I try to spell certain words, and when i can't I use my dictionary. This way next i use that word it will be right.

thank you, like I said, my daughter got me in the habit of using a dictionary. One never know when we may use a certain word, this way should I happen to use that certain word, at least i know I spelled it right. I still get confuse when I use the word than, then. I know its an easy word but, somehow I get them confused. thank you for posting. and do let me know. have a great day.

I've seen people spell some words wrong, but I won't tell them anything, because they may get upset. As you, I like to be sure that my writing is clear and my spelling is correct. I'm also bad at punctuations, I know I have a lot of run on sentences where I need to put a comma. But I'm learning something knew everyday. Thank you for responding, have a great day.

I can understand what you're saying, my brain is always ahead of my fingers. I'll be thinking about what I'm going to write about and forget to put in a letter or two. I've seen people spell the some words wrong, but heck I'm not going to tell them. How do you spell favorite? It's true there are many people from many different countires and we all have a different way of spelling, the mean of certain words is another thing. I can use a certain word and it will mean something and to someone else is totally different. thank for your input, and have a great day.

I personally spell favorite just like that, but some overseas spell it and I don't know if this is the correct way but I'll try and maybe one of the people that spell it this way can correct me favourite. Sorry I grew up in the US and we just spell it favorite LOL.

I wouldn't mind if someone told me I spell the word wrong. To me is a way improving my spelling. I also forget that there is people from different countries. I'm doing for me and to get other peoples opinion. I also have another problem, I forget to put words in. I tell you my brain in on 4th gear, while my finger are just getting out of 1st gear. thanks for you response.
