I think you should consider the transportation fees too when you choose a location. If the house is cheap but the transportation is very difficult from the area, it's not really a choice to pick either.
unless you are sure that you won't go to far places after you choose that house.

I heard that the government had been building subsidized (do I spell it correctly?) houses for those who haven't owned any house before, but they should have stable income under IDR 4,500,000 (as far as I know).
but I don't know if the transportation from those living areas would be cheaper than living in other areas. I think you should start from the place where you work for, is there any kind of such houses built by government? if you have small family perhaps you can survey from those houses first, but I don't know the list of areas where they build these houses.
and well, I don't know either whether we would be able to rely on their houses project but probably that's one of the alternates we could have. | |
