What do you do after dinner?

After breakfast, I will read newspapar!

After lunch, I will sleep!

After supper,I will watch TV to enjoy the life!

I aim to have finished on the internet by then. If not, I will finish off what I need to do online first.

It's really my time to enjoy my rest and relaxation after all my daytime activities and things I needed to get done during the day.

I usually focus on reading for a few hours before bedtime.

I may go out for an hour earlier in the evening and later in the evening I may put my headphones on and just listen to the radio. I can do this comfortably either in bed or before getting ready for bed.

Hellolazeebee!In thwe evening I watch news, discussions on political and economic issues and then have my dinner,after dinner i just sit with my computer and participate in discussions on my lot till 1.00AM then I go to sleep.this my regular practice.thanx.

I dont go early to bed. I spend the time after my dinner either with my computer or with books. I found that it is the best time to study also. It is easier for me to concentrate on anything this time. So, generally I do the most important tasks this time. If I've got enough time to relax still I dont go to bed after dinner. I spend atleast 2-3 hrs by net surfing or listning to music or reading books.

I am very lazy person, everyone says that we should not lay down after having the dinner, From the moment I finish my dinner, I fell down on my sofa and quickly take the remote in my hand and change channels. After some time, go back, sleep comfortably on the bed. Thank you very much for raising the conversation.

After dinner, I would usually go down to the park to have a walk to digest my dinner or I will go and watch TV..
Normally, I would prefer to go down for a walk because I think it is more healthier than watching TV but of course when I am lazy, I would also stay at home and watch TV..
Sometimes if my relative come over for dinner, I would stay at home and play chess with my relatives after the dinner...

I watch the television for some time, then I check mails, I check mylot responses;) then I do some work and after that till the bed time I read some book. A few pages to rest my mind and then hit the bed:) simple!

After dinner i like to meet my friends, chill out with them and then read any book just before going to sleep.

i watch tv. i have heard that taking sower ater lunch or dinner is not good for health.

After I clean up and everything I usually like to sit and relax of course in front of the television. I like to watch a good comedy. It kind of helps to unwind for the evening. Some people smoke after dinner, however I don't smoke so that leaves me out for that. I also spend some more time with my son and husband. I'll even get back on the computer if I get the chance.
