I don't exercise at all. The only thing I do exercise daily is my brain, hahahaha... I'm far too lazy to jog or do exercises. I am one of those lucky people who has a fast metabolism, so I do not pick up weight even though I do eat what I want when I want it. I suppose if I needed to, to lose weight maybe, I probably would have thought differently about it.

I try to do some kind of exercise each day. Some days I do push ups and squats, some days I do crunches on my stability ball, other days I walk or do some other kind of cardiovascular exercise. I also do shoulders, back, and arm exercises. I just make sure that I do something every day. I do not spend hours exercising and I get great results.
Exercise is great for getting in shape. Even if you have a great metabolism, exercise can prevent heart problems, increase circulation, help depression, and so many other things. Exercise is a necessary part of my life:)
