our water... our life...

Yes, now, the water is so great thing, the human have put so great pollution on it,if not stop, we have no pure water to drink any more!

Water is one of the 5 vital elements in the universe without which we can not live. Think of a desert where ther is no water. Then we can feel the need of water. If there is no water there won't be life indeed. But unfortunately we are heading towards this situation. Due to such wastage of water and pollution we eventually spoiling our vital ingredient to live.
We are heading to a dead planet where there won't be a single life on our beloved mother earth. We must think of this and it's destination. There is still some chance to help ourselve and help the generation to come. We must be careful.

water is a very important and essential thing one needs in order to survive. basic science subjects in schools teach us that our bodies are composed of 80% water. our schools also teach us that we should drink at least 8 glasses of water every single day of our lives. i strongly suggest that one should drink more than 8 glasses a day .the reason is that there should be enough water to replenish for the loss of water in our bodies everyday. we lose water contents through urinating and sweating. if we drink less than 8 glasses of water, there will not be enough water intake to replenish these water losses. here, constipation happens. the stool becomes harder, and our bodies will lack water to lubricate .our organs will also start to fail since, just like the intestines having a hard time with the stools. Dehydration and the lack of water contents in our bodies will also cause one to be sleepy, and this will eventually lead to unconsciousness. it is, however,very important to consider where you are geographically located .if you are living in a tropical country where the temperature is higher, one should drink way more than 8 glasses of water. reason is that evaporation and the loss of water is so much higher. with this, our bodies demand more water than just the 8 glasses.
