Are dreams injurious to Health.

Dreaming is a very normal thing and happens to every one. We do not necessarily need to think about it. Good dreams do us a lot of good as they generate a feel good factor after we get up. we tend to feel nice about life, dreams are energetic and look at things possitively. A bad dream on the other hand unnerve us for few moments. So It is best to forget them as they do not have any meaning. But if a person believes that dreams have meaning, and tries to live his/her life according to what he/she has dreamed, then there could be a problem. You can't live your life according to what you saw in a dream. For example, if some one sees himself topping an exam and believes that he will, then it could be problem. Or For example, if some one sees himself being attacked by robbers and stops going out of the house, then again it is a problem. Dreams are not injurious to health and should not be allowed to govern our existence. Please share your dreams and opinon.
