Money is the root of EVIL...

The LOVE of MONEY is where it all goes wrong,

Money is not evil its the way man uses it makes it evil.

We all need money but each of us has to understand what or how much we need to survive.

I agree with you that money is not the
roots of all evil. It's the way we spent or
use it that give it's label. How can an object
be called evil? It has no life,the money has no life.
Therefore it cannot do real harm to those who hold it.

I hear you about the money not being the root of evil. It says 'love of money'. Money is a tool just like fire, blades and cars, they can be used for used for good or evil.

On this thought I have to share that I teach for a living and at the beginning of my economics prject I always ask the students if they think rich people are stuck up, mean and greedy. They will always answer yes. It is neat, as the lesson goes on, that the rich are the people who open up factories so people can have jobs, open store so people can buy what they need and open libraries/schools so people can better themselves! The world would be a better place if we all think about how we can serve the most amount of people like these rich people do!

I would say that the "lack" of money is the root of evil. people commit crimes because they need to survive, especially in third world countries. it's like eat or be eaten out there.

In my opinion, money is not evil itself. It's just a kind of equivalente used by human being to exchange what they want. I would rather say that those who use money in a wrong way have brought money this negative impression.

Money is neither good or evil. It simply is. It is an inanimate object with no life. We label it good or bad. We use it with good or bad intentions. We hord it or share it. We work honestly for it or we steal to get it. It's the human element that determines which it is.

The more pleasure one gives to others the more pleasure they in return shall experience. But in this area it is a shame that money seems to be the thing that makes too many people feel that it ids the thing that makes others happy. As long as I am alive, healthy, and with my family I am filthy rich.

When Desire to have money is within limits.. no evil is seen..
And when it crosses the boundaries,, the wish turns to a greediness, sowing in it the beeds of sorrow and grief in it.

But it is easily said than being followed..

Greed is one of the 7 deadly sins, and there's a reason for that. In a perfect world, people with a lot of money would use it for good. However, in the majority of the cases, people want money for themselves, not to help anyone else. It's not the money itself that's evil, it's the people who will do anything to get it that is.
